Custom chainring manufacturing back in production on a limited basis. We can fabricate any size chainring in any bcd in aluminum, stainless steel and titanium. Large and over size chainrings for human powered vehicles (hpv) and recumbents are possible. Contact us for a quote.

CONSOLIDATION OF ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS COMPLETE We're happy to announce the consolidation & relocation of our research, engineering and manufacturing operations to Western North Carolina is complete. With the consolidation we have been able to reduce operating expenses while enabling us to focus our resources on providing new services like our custom machined chain rings. Over the next few months we'll once again offer our custom made to order precision CNC machined chainrings available in any tooth size and any compatible BCD (bolt circle diameter), if you have any questions about the custom chainring services we'll be offering please contact us.

Warhawk Industries was started over 15+yrs ago advertising our line of bicycle drivetrain products in small BMX publications. We sponsored some of the top BMX Professionals in the mid 90's who rode our BMX Chainwheels to win multiple national titles and the Grand Nationals in Tulsa, OK. From the very beginning our main production was design, engineer and manufacturing of OEM components for bicycle companies. Everything from chainwheels, chainrings, seat post clamps, dropouts, you name it we manufactured it. Around 2001 we decided to branch out and start our own line of components called Warhawk Industries. Since then Warhawk has expanded our line of precision bicycle components to include bashguards, bashrings, chainguides and misc. components for road, mountain and downhill bicycles. Today, we remain focused on our core products and continue to design, engineer and manufacture products for the fabrication, electronics and aerospace industries. Warhawk Industries is one of only a few US BMX companies left who design, engineer and manufacture everything in the United States in-house, we make what we sell. Warhawk Industries is a privately owned company owned by cyclists and not investors. We currently have operations in Virginia, Florida and North Carolina. In 2008, we'll be consolidating and transferring all operations to our larger and more modern production facility in Western North Carolina.
